Basic License DEFAULT

This license is automatically granted for all projects unless otherwise agreed upon.

1. Permits use of the project solely for the original purpose (e.g., business or personal site).
2. Allows modification and internal use of the codebase.
3. Does not permit resale, redistribution, or sublicensing of the code.
4. Does not grant ownership of the source code; rights remain with the developer.
5. The developer retains the right to reuse code components and display the project in portfolios or case studies.

Standard License PAID

An upgraded license for broader commercial use without full ownership.

1. Grants rights to use the project for commercial or client-facing applications.
2. Permits internal repurposing, expansion, and deployment across multiple environments.
3. Prohibits resale, redistribution, or public offering of the source code itself.
4. Developer retains rights to reuse code components unless exclusivity is negotiated.

Typically priced at 25%+ of the base project fee.

Advanced License PREMIUM

A high-flexibility license intended for commercial redistribution and integration.

1. Grants near-complete usage rights, including integration into commercial offerings.
2. Allows limited redistribution and resale as part of larger products or platforms.
3. Developer retains background IP and may reuse generic components privately.
4. Public credit and portfolio usage may remain unless explicitly waived.

Pricing typically starts at 1.5× the base project fee.

Full Ownership BUYOUT

Transfers complete and exclusive rights to the entire project codebase.

1. You become the sole legal owner of the entire source code and all assets delivered.
2. You may modify, resell, redistribute, rebrand, sublicense, or repurpose the project without any restrictions.
3. The developer relinquishes all claims to the code and will not reuse any part of it, publicly or privately.
4. Portfolio usage, internal reuse, and public references are permanently waived upon transfer.
5. Optional NDA and signed IP transfer agreement available upon request.

Buyout is typically offered at 2× or higher of the base project fee.

Ideal for clients who need total control or plan to commercialize independently.
